General terms and conditions Taxi Enterprise Wolfgang Sievert

If not stated otherwise, our terms of business apply. The following terms apply exclusively for all present and future contracts between Taxi Enterprise Wolfgang Sievert (termed “Munich Transfers”) and it’s customers.

In general the company “Munich Transfers” is liable exclusively for damages which, according to legal definition, are directly connected. “Munich Transfers” does not take responsibility for missed departures. The company does therefore reject responsibility for any consequent or additional costs whatsoever. If a departure is missed, the full fee is charged or respectively, not refunded. Likewise “Munich Transfers” does not assume liability for delays due to influence of weather, traffic-jams, construction-sites, street-closures as well as any kind of occurrences caused by a third party without the fault of the company. “Munich Transfers” is not liable for luggage and it’s contents, animals, diverse kind of items, electronic gadgets and other kind of merchandise. .

Any trip can be booked through either internet, by telephone or by FAX. Reservations for far distance trips are considered booked only after having received written confirmation by “Munich Transfer”! In case of unforeseen events like traffic jams or an accident ect., the trip may possibly be abandoned or cancelled. “Munich Transfers” will then attempt to get a replacement-vehicle. In such a case, delays must be taken into account. The fee will remain the one previously agreed upon.

Terms of cancellation

We need to be notified about a cancellation minimum 60 minutes prior to the time ordered. A customer who fails to show up at the requested location or cancels right at the location itself, will be charged the estimated 100% travel-feel.

Offers, online price-checks and price-list

Our offers are non-binding. Only a written order confirming acceptance of a contract and the extent of the service is binding. Additional verbal or over the phone agreements come into effect only after written confirmation from our side. All prices mentioned by us are in EUROS and if not mentioned otherwise, including VAT (Value Added Tax). We are not liable for printing errors. .

If no other written agreement for directly billed transfers were made, the fee for the given service is charged immediately either in cash or through credit-card and to be paid to the driver. Any kind of discounts or other kind of deductions will be accepted only in the framework of a written agreement.

In the case of legal conflicts of any kind, exclusively the registered office of the company is to be consulted. These terms of business are translated to English due to international business connections. In the case of any kind of discrepancy of content of the English translation, the German original is applicable exclusively

Should one of these conditions and further agreement become ineffective, the validity of the contract will not be touched. In that case the parties obligate themselves to replace the ineffective regulation with one which is closest to the initially agreed upon
